Equipment/Ingredients needed:
Ice lolly moulds
Diluted fruit juice or no added sugar squash
Chopped up fruit pieces - we've used melon and blueberries but strawberries, pineapple or orange would do fine too - good way to use up any left over fruit you have
Method:
Add pieces of fruit into your ice lolly mould - fill up to half full
Pour squash or fruit juice mixture into lolly mould - only fill to 3/4 full as water expands when it freezes!
Add lolly stick lid
Put in freezer (in the lolly mould stand if you have one as that stops them from leaking!)
Leave all day or overnight
Eat whenever you like! Great way to have ice lollies at the ready and have a portion of fruit at the same time.
